Description

Cultivated in Veneto since 1870, where it has easily adapted to the soil type, this variety results in an intense ruby red wine with violet reflections, slightly herbaceous scents with hints of ripe red fruit, and a dry and well-structured taste.
Pairings: full-flavoured soups, roasted or grilled red meats, game, mature cheeses.
