Description

VINIFICATION

Maceration lasts up to 20 days in 45 ql steel wine
casks at a controlled temperature of 25°C, with
frequent pumping over in order to extract the
aromatic and colouring substances.
Aged in large barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Elegant
olfactory impact with a fruity scent of plums,
blackberries and black cherries. A thick wine
that pleasantly melts its softness with its
consistent tannicity. Ideal with roasts, meat
sauces and medium-aged cheeses.
