Terroir : clay-limestone, round cobble stones and safre

This wine is composed of 90% grenache noir and 10% Syrah. 
This Châteauneuf-du-Pape has a superb red colour with hints of purple. Very fragrant, as soon as you swirl the wine in your glass, it gives off notes of coffee, mocha, violet, blackberry, blackcurrant and a touch of cinnamon. It is a wine endowed with a beautiful generous composition which will mellow with time. Flavours of kirsch, dark chocolate, candied fruit, with notes of flint and oak on the palate.

The wine will reach its aromatic fineness between 4 years and 10 years .
