GEOLOGY
Rounded pebbles, limestone colluvium and subsoil.

VARIETIES
Carignan, Grenache Noir and Syrah.
 
WINEMAKING
Traditional wine-making method of the destemmed Carignan, Syrah and Grenache noir grapes, each variety being vatted separately. 15% of the Carignan has been aged in barrels during 12 months before the final blend.
 
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Beteween 15 °C and 18 °C.

TASTING
EYE : bright crimson
NOSE : floral aromas and fresh scents of berries.
PALATE : full-bodied blend with complex savours of spices and ripe fruits. Delicate tannins and long finish.
