Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC Spumante Classico
Maceration takes place on the skins with racking after a few hours. To accentuate the varietal aromas, the temperature does not exceed 16 ° C.
The base wine is left to mature on the lees until the following spring and then it is refermented in the bottle by adding sugar and selected yeasts for a minimum of 36 months. It rests in the underground cellar, at a constant temperature of about 14 °. C.
The color is typically pale pink, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, we find typical hints of small red fruits, such as strawberry and currant.
On the palate, it has a pleasant acidity well balanced by a great flavor and creaminess.
