Prosecco wine obtained from Glera grapes with Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin according to the Martinotti-Charmat method.

Glera is an ancient, semi-aromatic grape with golden and compact berries. To Prosecco di Valdobbiadene it gives refinement, finesse, harmony. In the glass, Clara appears of a sparkling straw-yellow nuance with a constant and continuous perlage. The olfactory impact is intense and direct, with an exotic touch of incense that gives way to floral hints of hawthorn and citrus hints with crunchy medlar fruit.

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with finger food and delicious gourmet appetizers such as mini chicken burgers or stuffed cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers.
