Tempranillo vines are the oldest in the area. The altitude is similar to the one that it is in Rioja and Ribera areas where this variety got famous. On contrary here in Valencia, we are influenced by the sea, which reduces the thermal amplitude and favors a higher concentration. As per Pablo Ossorio, it is the best Mediterranean tempranillo that he has ever made.
This pleasant wine shows a deep red cherry color with violet hints. On the nose we find intense aromas, a remarkable fruity and long-lasting character, such as red ripen fruit, blackberry, cassis, and a slight subtle toast. Full-bodied, harmonious, elegant with palate-dusting tannins. Great acidity with a persistent aftertaste.
