Description

Small soft red fruits invest your senses. Vigorous and nimble at the same time, stylish and elegant, it shows strong though sweet tannins, getting to an ideal bal-ance between roundness and freshness. Mostly unwooded. It matches great with the whole meal, especially with pasta first courses with ragu.
Grapes	
Merlot 100%. They come from a vineyard facing west, growing on a clay soil, but well drained sand and pebbles, suitable for Merlot, which in the “Bolognese” hills has a long tradition. Grapes are harvested half of September, later than the traditional harvesting time, when they come up to full ripening. Grapes are hand picked  and selected at first glance and then put in small plastic crates.
