Comments of the cellarman
Deep color with cherry glint. Fragrances of oak barrel and dry apricot.
Full-bodied and woody wine with grilled flavors. Long aromatic intensity.

Traditional wine making process includes fermentation between 24° and 26° Celsius in order to extract color and develop a deep structure in mouth.
The Cuvée 400 is only produced during an exceptional vintage.
Mourvèdre and Syrah are aged in French oak barrels during 24 months.
This wine is well structured and has complex tannins.
Its ageing potential exceeds 10 years.
