Description

Aromes of garnet berry and grilled pepper are typical forthis wine. Hearty, long ripened tannins are given on the palate the full effect. The Cuvée is an interaction of different robust varieties. Its´ character is similar to the red Cabernets. The young tannin structure gives him a high maturing potential.
The wines for this red cuvée are growing on medium to richer soil.
Preferred for grilled meat like rumpsteak or lamb chop.
