60% Merlot - 25% Cabernet Sauvignon - 15% Carmenere COLLI EUGANEI ROSSO DOC

Rosso Riserva "D+" is a blend of  Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and  Carmenere aged in barrique for 14 months. 
Dark fruits and spice with appropriate tannin and very clear minerality on the finish.
Ready to drink now but can have a beautiful evolution after resting for 4-5 years in your cellar.

Perfect food pairing: cold cuts, red meat stew, roasted and grilled meat, aged cheese,
