A special Rose which we have selected from the so-called Salasso (juice extraction) of the best red grapes. Thus the aroma and taste is stronger, red currants, strawberries.
Position: Oltreadige, Bassa Tesina
Soil: loamy, sandy
Mechanical removal of the stems, short traditional mash fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then extraction of the must in the early phase of fermentation, without the grape skins. As a result we obtain the typical Rosé color. Biological acid degradation is not required.
