"Dilante" is a semi-sparkling rosè made out of Corbina Nera, Marzemina Bianca, Pattaresca, Vernazzola and Marzemina Bastarda,
The wine is bottled with its own yeasts with a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Its bright cherry pink colour matches wonderfully with the aromas of rose, pomegranate and grapefruit.
It can be served with oysters, crustaceans, fish salads, trout and salmon. Also pleasant with red fruit jam pies.
