Cretaceous ferruginous sandstone.

🍇GRAPE VARIETIES
Grenache Gris & Cinsault

💪WINEMAKING
For both varieties, a slight skin maceration is practised as well as a cold settling. The fermentation, regulated at 18 °C, lasts about twenty days.

🍷TASTING
EYE: pale pink color with greige highlights.
NOSE: fruity and floral aromas.
MOUTH: fresh, round, apricot and hawthorn flavours with tangy notes.

Cajun shrimp skewers, herb grilled eggplant.

Grès ferrugineux du Crétacé.

💪ÉLABORATION
Pour les deux cépages, une légère macération pelliculaire est pratiquée ainsi qu'un débourbage à froid. La fermentation, régulée à 18 °C, dure une vingtaine de jours.

🍷DÉGUSTATION
ŒIL : couleur rose pâle aux reflets grèges.
NEZ : senteurs d'aubépine et arômes fruités.
BOUCHE : fraîche, ronde. Saveurs d'abricot et d'azerole aux notes acidulées.
