Grès ferrugineux du Crétacé.

ÉLABORATION
Pour les deux cépages, une légère macération pelliculaire est pratiquée ainsi qu'un débourbage à froid. La fermentation, régulée à 18 °C, dure une vingtaine de jours.

TEMPÉRATURE DE SERVICE
Entre 7 °C et 12 °C.

DÉGUSTATION
ŒIL : couleur rose pâle aux reflets grèges.
NEZ : senteurs d'aubépine et arômes fruités.
BOUCHE : fraîche, ronde. Saveurs d'abricot et d'azerole aux notes acidulées.
