This sparkling wine was made with the traditional method and shows the typical region grape varieties. Bottled after the primary fermentation. After capping, the bottles are aged on racks for 18-24 months.
Light salmon pink colour. Notes of red fruits and tomate grappes. This wine is very fruity, fresh but very elegant, fine bubbles are very persistent
