On the nose they give us aromas of black fruits; blackcurrants and blackberries. Nuances reminiscent of Mediterranean undergrowth and spicy like white pepper. It is a wine that reflects very well the minerality of the terroir.

In the mouth it is a fine, elegant and persistent wine. Tannin is polished and acidity is balanced; notes that make it a well-structured and long wine. It presents many spices and a lot of minerality with magnificent persistence.

In the aftertaste the aromas of aging are marked; smoked notes, cocoa, white pepper, licorice ...
