Vintage: 2020 was a year with slightly more moisture than the previous two years. We had though, an extremly hot late summer that caused maturity to soar.

Vines: 100 % Riesling

Region: Our „Busy Lizzie“ is a blend of Rieslings from different soils: Lime, red soil & Loess.

Viticulture: The grapes were harvested at the beginning of September. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Description: Delicate bright yellow colours, in the nose a fresh fruitiness, typical peach, a hint of Kiwi and wild red strawberries. Super juicy on the tongue.

Menu suggestion: Our bread & butter wine. Fits perfect to homemade sausage & freshly baked bread.

Drink maturity: Enjoyed young until autumn 2024
