Only from the Merseguera variety and from old 60-year-old vines is Flor de Ahillas white produced.

The plots with which this fantastic wine is made have been abandoned for 3 years.

The Martínez Palmero family, betting on them, invested another 3 years to recover them and bring them to their current production.

These vines, which have suffered great stress, provide us with small and loose bunches, which together with yields per vine of less than 2 kg. allows us to craft this magnificent white wine.
