It arises from the unusual combination of the Bobal, Monastrell and Garnacha varieties, each harvested at its optimum point of maturity.
Care in the vineyard to make a great rosé is essential, since aromatic complexity and acidity are more important than in others
wines. The coldest parcels in the valley help us to assemble this wine.

The naturalness of the Ahillas Valley, set on a sandstone rock, gives our wines a mineral character.
