Vinification: separate vinification with long macerations and continuous pumping over in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation temperature never exceeds 26 ° C. This is the only way to obtain long-lasting wines.
Evolution and Refinement: the aging in wood is entrusted to small size barrels for at least three years and two more in the bottle complete the refinement.
Extremely rich and deep ruby color, tending to garnet with aging.
Fruity bouquet, small red berries, spices and hints of vanilla.
On the palate it is full and velvety, elegantly tannic, with a persistent finish.
