The wine is matured for about 18 months in medium toasted French oak barriques. Then it is transferred into stainless steel containers. The Galverno combines the super balanced and austere fully body of Nebbiolo with the freshness and fruity flavour of Dolcetto, in an overall harmony

Il vino è sottoposto ad un processo di maturazione per 18 mesi in tonneaux di rovere francese, di media tostatura e di primo passaggio. Viene quindi trasferito in serbatoi di acciaio inox. Il Galverno riesce così a riunire la maestosità e l’austerità del vero Nebbiolo con l’armonica freschezza del Dolcetto
