Description

The vines grow in a limestone and clay soil. It has an intense golden yellow colour with pronounced
aromas of rose petals and spices. A full bodied wine with mild acidity ending in an extra long
aromatic finish. A high quality and excellent aperitif wine.
Recommended with shellfish, crab, lobster and Asian dishes.
Serving temperature: 12–14°C // Aging potential: 5 years
