Givry Premier Cru "Clos Marole"

The Givry appellation is located in the Côte Chalonnaise, 30 km south of Beaune.

The Givry Premier Cru "Clos Marole" reveals aromas of lime, blackberry, blond tobacco, caramel, cedar and cloves. Mainly characterized by their finesse, they are supple and velvety wines. Their aromas of red fruits are typical of Pinot Noir.

This wine goes perfectly with grilled and roasted meats (lamb, pork, beef, poultry), liver and kidneys, game birds as well as pasta and risottos. It is also good with cheeses such as Camembert and Brie.
