Godelia Cuvée is the winery’s first sparkling wine, made using the traditional method, in which the bubble is obtained from a second fermentation in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards that have been harvested by hand. It has been aged for 22 months with bottle stored horizontally and then disgorged, obtaining an elegant sparkling wine with very fine bubbles, which gives it the category of Brut Reserva.
