Our Selection feels very comfortable on the loess soil with chalky subsoils from Walsheimer Silberberg.
It is vinified in stainless steel tanks and fermentation takes place at temperatures of approx. 15°C, also called cold fermentation. It lasts for several weeks and results in wines with a fine fruitiness and a full body.
Discover the intense white wine impressions reminiscent of sunny yellow fruits (pine apple, mango) and a delicate almond note plus a slight savoriness in the finish.
The combination of creaminess and freshness is its factor of success.
