VINEYARD: The Sant Joan terroir is located close to the Sant Joan del Codolar path, in the Cornudella de Montsant valley, between the Montsant and Gritelles mountains.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
WINEMAKING: Spontaneous fermentation of 20 days at controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation with autochthonous yeast.
TASTING NOTES: Pale and bright color. Changing aromas in the glass, the notes of white fruit evolve over the days, and aromas of more ripe pineapple fruit emerge. Fresh memories of honey and subtle mineral notes. In the mouth, it has an oily and wide attack. The palate leaves a very smooth citrus trace of grapefruit. Leaving a cool finish and a delicate touch that invites you to keep enjoying.
