VINEYARD:	The Sant Joan terroir is located close to the Sant Joan del Codolar path, in the Cornudella de Montsant valley, close to Siurana, between the Montsant and Gritelles mountains.
GEOGRAPHIC ORIGIN:	Priorat (Catalonia)
PRODUCTION:		Limited production of 750 bottles of 75 cl.
GRAPE VARIETY:		Macabeo – Single varietal
WINEMAKING: 	Spontaneous fermentation of 20 days at controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation with autochthonous yeast. Ageing in inox containers and in French oak barrels for a period of one year.
TASTING NOTES:	Pale and bright color. Changing aromas in the glass, the notes of white fruit evolve over the days, and aromas of more ripe pineapple fruit emerge. Fresh memories of honey and subtle mineral notes. In the mouth, it has an oily and wide attack. The palate leaves a very smooth citrus trace of grapefruit. Leaving a cool finish and a delicate touch that invites you to keep enjoying.
