ALCOHOL: 12% vol.
WINEMAKING: Harvested by hand in early October. Fermentation of 57 days between 15°-17°C, of which 26 days were alcoholic fermentation and 31 days of fine post ferment maceration.
TASTING: Light pale and bright tones. Changing and complex aromas in the glass, the notes of white fruit will add more complexity over the years combining with hints of very ripe pineapple and passion fruit. Its light notes of honey marry the subtle mineral notes from the soil. In the mouth, it has an oily and wide texture. The palate leaves a smooth skin citrus trace of grapefruit, leaving a fresh finish and a delicate touch.
