WINE MAKING: prefermentative maceration on the skins for 1 day. Fermentation at controlled temperature 18°. Maturation on yeasts for 6 months.
AGING: 4 months in steel on the noble lees

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATION: appetizers, fish dishes
TASTIG NOTES: white with an intense and brilliant color, good structure, pleasantly soft, which however retains its drinkability. Fruity bouquet, with slight floral hints. In the mouth it develops good body and balanced acidity.
