Il Paturno Primitivo IGP Puglia
The grapes are vinified with a maceration of
10-12 days in 45 ql steel wine casks at a controlled
temperature of 25 °C, with frequent
pumping over in order to extract the aromatic
and colouring substances.
Ruby red colour with violet hues, intense and
persistent scent of fresh fruit with clear hints of
wild berries and flowers. The taste is complex
and of remarkable personality and harmony.
With good concentration, it boasts a beautiful
roundness and a splendid tannicity. Excellent
with meat and cheese dishes.
