It is a DOC wine produced in Salice Salentino in our cellar from which it takes the name "La Canestra". Remember some great Madeira.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES : Intense hints of sweet and very ripe fruits, aromatic herbs, coriander, cinnamon and coffee. Flavors that range in a full-bodied way, earthy flavors sublimated in an art operation. Suggestions of precious essences, of coffee. Complex plots that open up to meditative tasting. Sweet, very ripe, solid fruits. Together with these notes of berries, notes of aromatic herbs, cinnamon coriander, sweet, warm, a balsamic touch are formed. The color resisted very well, dense in the mouth, savory. intoxicating wine, with a parable and spectrum of aromas that gradually evolve with oxygenation.
