Vineyards age : 60 years old

Vinification : Preferment cold maceration, destemming and not tread
fermentation by  native yeast and thermoregulation. 
Daily reassembly.
							 
Ageing: Malo in barrels and rearing from 11 to 24 months

Tasting: Red fruit nose, pepper, liquorice.
The powerful and ample mouth enrobes you with its melted tannins. Nice long finish and tasty. 
Full bodied, fruity and smooth red Châteauneuf du Pape.
