la Malandrina : Vino bianco ottenuto da uve Chardonnay e Sauvignon, le uve arrivano in cantina e vengono diraspate e pigiate in modo soffice, il mosto resta a contatto con le bucce per 24 ore successivamente fatto fermentare a temperatura controllata, a fine fermentazione viene lasciato sulle feccie fini in affinamento in tino di rovere fino alla primavera, poi messo in botttiglia con una leggera filtrazione. Vino di buona struttura e con profumi complessi.
Ottimo come aperitivo, ottimo anche a pasto si abbina bene a carni bianche e a piatti importanti avendo un  buona  struttura. 

la Malandrina: White wine obtained from Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes, the grapes arrive in the cellar and are de-stemmed and softly pressed, the must remains in contact with the skins for 24 hours, subsequently fermented at a controlled temperature, at the end of fermentation it is left on the fine lees aged in oak vats until spring, then placed in the bottle with a light filtration.
