Description

«La Querce» is a wine produced from a careful selection of the best bunches of Sangiovese and Colorino grapes from our vineyards, after fermentation at a controlled temperature, the aging is in wood in large barrels and barriques for about two years to be then refined in the bottle for a year. The color is an intense ruby red with garnet reflections, the nose is intense with aromas of red fruit and notes of licorice and spices, in the mouth it denotes a complex structure with soft tannins and a long and persistent taste.
«La Querce» è un vino prodotto da un’accurata selezione dei migliori grappoli delle uve Sangiovese e Colorino dei nostri vigneti, affinato in legno in botti grandi e barriques per circa due anni e poi in bottiglia per un anno. Il colore è un rosso rubino intenso con riflessi granata, al naso si presenta intenso con profumi di frutta rossa e note di liquirizia e spezie, in bocca denota una struttura complessa con tannini morbidi e dal gusto lungo e persistente.
