Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOP POGGIO NOVO
Grape: Lacrima di morro d'Alba 2019 ( indigenous grape from Marche Region )
Winemaking techniques: The grapes are desteamed, crushed and moved into a inert vessel macerated and fermentated at controlled temperature. The wine is mixed with its skins using cap management tecniques to maximise the extraction of color, flavour and tannin. Soft pressing to separate the wine from the skins. After various decanting the wine is ready for bottling in the absence of air.
Colour: pourple classic of Lacrima grapes.
At the nose: it have penetrating intensity and persistente floral aromas eminiscent of rose and violet, as well notes of small forest fruits: blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and pleasant spices.
On the palate: the typical floral and fruity flavor of the undergrowth still explodes and it is characterized by an excellent persistence given by a great structure with a finish of unique finesse.
