Ladislao Negroamaro IGP Puglia
Description
Maceration of 20 days in 45 ql steel wine casks at a controlled temperature of
25 °C, with frequent pumping over in order to extract the aromatic and
colouring substances. Ageing in big casks.
TASTING NOTES
As a pure Negroamaro it has an intense and thick red colour.
Aromas of ripe cherry, tobacco and carob are perceived
on the nose. Full-bodied, of great structure with
marked tannins well balanced with alcohol and with
the notes of vanilla typical of wines aged in
wooden casks. Excellent accompanied by cold
cuts, grilled meats and meat sauces.
