AGING: on fine lees in steel tanks with bâtonnage
for about 2 mounths.
From 3 to 6 mounths in bottle after bottling
it has a light straw yellow colour with green notes. The bouquet is delicate, with a fresh, soft and dry flavor that evolves in time into a floral and fruity fagrance with hints of honey and exotic fruit.
