Description

Nascetta is an ancient semi-aromatic grape variety of Langa which, already towards the end of the 19th century, was farmed for its "exquisite wine". 
We have been amongst the few producers who believed in its own peculiarities and have been sure of its possibility of producing a wine of great ageing potential.
Today we produce a fine elegant dry wine from it.
Our vineyards are young and for that reason we prefer the aging in steel tanks for 6 month, with the aim of enhancing the peculiarities of this vine and making its own character recognizable.
The colour is a pale straw yellow. The nose has intense notes of aromatic herbs, especially sage, and subtle scents of citrus fruits and white flowers, while the palate is fine and supple, with a salty and slightly bitter ending.
It goes well with seafood, vegetable appetizers and delicate dishes.
