La lunga macerazione delle uve a contatto delle bucce ed il controllo della temperatura in fermentazione ne fanno un vino elegante e ben strutturato. Colore rosso rubino, al naso è intenso ed elegante, al palato rivela note di ciliegia matura e viola. Corposo, elegante e di piacevole persistenza. Piatti della cucina mediterranea, eccellente con carni rosse alla brace e formaggi a pasta dura. Si consiglia di servire a 18-20°C.

From Negroamaro grapes, the long maceration of the grapes in contact with their skins and the fermentation at controlled temperature, make it an elegant and well-structured wine. Soft grapes pressing and maceration with the traditional method, slow fermentation with the controlled temperature of the must. Ruby red color, intense and elegant aroma, on the palate reveals hints of ripe cherry and violet. Full-bodied, elegant and with pleasant persistence. Traditional Mediterranean dishes, excellent with roasted red meats and hard cheeses.
