Harvest period: In two steps, Merlot during the second decade of september and Cabernet Sauvignon at the beginning of october
Maturation and aging: Merlot and Cavernet Sauvignon are matured separated in 225 Lt. French sessile oak casks for 8 months, 6 months refinishing
Colour: Intense ruby-red
Nose: Tones of red fruits like black cherry, plum and blackcurrant followed by aromas of blueberry, blackberry, violet, vanilla and cocoa
Palate: Full and elegant in the tones of red fruits, the finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, spice and blackcurrant
