GÉOLOGIE
Grès ferrugineux du Crétacé supérieur.
	
CÉPAGE
100 % grenache gris.
	
ÉLABORATION
Macération pelliculaire, puis débourbage à froid. Fermentation pendant trois semaines à 17 °C.

TEMPÉRATURE DE SERVICE
Entre 7 °C et 12 °C.
	
DÉGUSTATION
OEIL : teinte rose très pâle, proche d’un vin blanc.
NEZ : bouquet aux arômes de framboise, de zeste de citron et de garrigue.
BOUCHE : vin rafraîchissant et équilibré aux saveurs d’agrumes et de poire mûre.
	
ACCORDS METS & VIN
Anchoïade, escalope de dinde marinée au citron.

GEOLOGY
Ferruginous sandstone of the Upper Cretaceous.
	
VARIETY
100 % Grenache Gris.
	
WINEMAKING
Skin maceration and cold must settling followed by a
fermentation period of three weeks at cool temperature.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Between 7 °C and 12 °C.
	
TASTING
EYE : very pale pink hue, almost a white wine.
NOSE : aromatic bouquet of raspberry, lemon zest and Mediterranean herbs.
PALATE : refreshing and balanced wine with the flavors of citrus and ripe pear.
