Wine made from old coster vineyards: "It is bottled history of Priorat".
Grape varieties: 100% carignan.
Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, under controlled temperature. Three weeks maceration with the skins. Malolactic fermentation took place spontaneously in the barrels.
Aging: 18 months in 225 litres french oak. Production: 300 x 75 cl bottles.
At sight: garnet color. Brilliant in appearance.
On the nose: shows great complexity. Fresh black fruit (blueberries, blackberries) and candied (figs) hot spices, mineral touches of flint are identified.
On the palate: it has a very unctuous texture and superior elegance, accompanied by a magnificent balance between a just acidity that provides freshness from minty tones and a reliable and solid structure.
Consumption recommendations: Given the balance that characterizes it, it is very suitable for any moment, as a long glass. In addition, it is ideal to pair with game meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
