This wine has a clear, crystalline color, with a sapid and captivating scent typical of the Grapevine, the Turbiana, vinified in purity as required by the production disciplinary, with an enveloping and fresh acidity.
The grapes are harvested during the second half of September at a good stage of maturation, not late, to keep the freshness intact. Vinified in steel at controlled temperatures using special yeasts
extractors able to maintain and enhance the peculiarities of the vine. The cleaning of the wine from heavy lees is followed by a frequent and delicate batonage to keep the finest dregs in suspension capable of giving complexity and elegance, the wine is then stored in steel until bottling to maintain its freshness.
