Description

Appearance: Bright, pale gold with silver highlights.
Nose: The initial aromas have a hint of iodine, followed by delicate notes of white peach and orange. With aeration, the nose
gains in complexity with more floral aromas such as lime blossom, adding elegance. The underlying structure is fresh and
quickly reveals flavours of rhubarb, kiwi, basil and passion fruit.
Palate: A lovely balanced structure on the palate, harmonious and very elegant. Aromas of exotic fruit, especially passion
fruit with kiwi and rhubarb evoking the initial aromas. The finish is mineral, chalky, precise, combining both floral and
saline notes and admirably reminding us of the silex (flint) origins of this wine, which was created to match with fine food.
