Description

VINIFICATION

Maceration lasts 12-14 days in 45 ql. steel wine
casks at a controlled temperature of 25°C, with
frequent pumping over in order to extract the
aromatic and colouring substances.

TASTING NOTES

Clear hints of fresh fruit, plums and strawberries.
Strong, full, sweet and with great texture
on the palate. Malicchia Mapicchia is a meditation
wine perfect for several combinations:
from desserts to dry pasta, aged cheeses,
aromatic, spicy or blue cheeses, also served
with jams for a striking contrast between strong
and sweet flavours. Ideal also with meat dishes
served with fruit sauces.
