WINEMAKING: Harvested by hand in early October. Alcoholic fermentation and skin maceration during 16-18 days. Wine Full of life with minimal filtering.
TASTING NOTES: Red and bright Grenache wine, intense red color with medium layer violet reflections. In the nose, a light and fresh perfume of red fruit predominates. The mouthfeel is velvety and sweet. Its passage is long and silky marked by the fresh acidity of the red fruits. The after-taste is gentle and light.
COMMENTS: Serve with a touch of freshness 14°-16°C and store it at
