Maceration at controlled temperature with 3 daily pumping over with a maceration time of 20 days. It is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
Visual phase: Medium-high layer cherry red. Cleansed.
Olfactory phase: Clean, high intensity nose with notes of ripe black fruit, coffee, chocolate and highly complex leather notes.
Tasting phase: Creamy, fresh and well structured mouthfeel with a long finish.
