Description

Corerosa come "cuore rosa" dal nostro dialetto salentino. Ottenuto da uve ancora più selezionate di Susumaniello e Primitivo vinificate in rosé, ossia con brevissimo contatto tra bucce e mosto. Segue un affinamento in vasche d'acciaio. Di colore rosa cerasuolo brillante, presenta un profumo delicatamente fruttato e floreale, con sentori di amarena, ciliegia e lampone. Al gusto risulta sapido ed equilibrato, con una spiccata acidità che ne esalta la freschezza.
      
      
      Corerosa as "pink heart" from our Salento dialect. Obtained from selected grapes of Susumaniello and Primitivo vinified in rosé, with very short contact of a few hours between skins and must. Refinement in steel tanks follows. A beautiful and bright cherry red in colour, exhibiting delicate aromas of fruit and flowers with scents of bitter cherry , sweet cherry and raspberry. In the mouth the taste is both flavorsome and balanced with a good acidity that underlies the freshness of the wine.
