Description

MERLOT: a ruby red wine. When young it has a sharp, tannic even prickly taste. This wine matures well-producing a refined and slightly bitter taste. 
Dry red wine best accompanied with stewed meats, roast or poultry, recommended to be served at room temperature, approximately 18ºC.
